Navigation bar problem

I have created 4 sites ,eg A, B C, D.

A is main site
when i click on B , top navigational bar shows only B (this is what i
expect)
When i click on C All A, B, C,D tab are visible but A Tab is highlight
though it is showing C site contents


What is wrong. I'm using MOSS

you need to correct your navigation from the site actions > Navigation.
